RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope you are satisfied with the product you ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
We’re sorry if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items in new condition. Before you decide to return or exchange your items, please carefully review our return and exchange conditions and ensure the items meet the following requirements:
RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
a. All return/exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and include all original labels in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees (including order and shipping fees), and no refund will be issued.
b. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
c. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. If you return the items for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We are only responsible for the cost if the return is due to our error.
d. We do not accept returns of items sent back without prior notification.
How to Return or Exchange:
Step 1:
Please email our customer service team at support@mantraff.com to get a return authorization and return address. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2:
After receiving your return/exchange request, our customer service representatives will send you detailed instructions via email. Please follow these instructions to complete the return or exchange process.
If you are returning or exchanging the item due to sizing issues, please provide photos of the product to assist with size measurement. Contact us via email to initiate the process.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request to support@mantraff.com as soon as you decide to cancel.

For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but before shipment, we will offer a partial refund with a 15% cancellation fee.

We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank—there is often processing time before the refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@mantraff.com.
Please do not send the return directly to the parcel address, as it may be directed to a carrier’s transit warehouse, which is incorrect.
Return Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost depends on the express company you choose.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover the return shipping fees.
